Mechanism of Action 

NMN is rapidly taken up by cells via the Slc12a8 transporter (in small intestine and other tissues) and converted to NADthrough the salvage pathway, primarily by nicotinamide mononucleotide adenylyl transferases (NMNAT1-3). Elevated NADlevels activate key NAD+-dependent enzymes
